A designer, a developer and a marketer, that’s our small, bootstrapped team. Our size gives us speed, focus and freedom. We don’t want to hyper-growth. We want to build a great product and offer excellent customer service to solve one specific problem: employee onboarding.

The why

Starting a new job should feel exciting, not stressful. Still, the majority of times we walked into a new position we found ourselves in a confusing situation of: no clear expectations, no idea where to start, and sometimes, not even a laptop.

That’s when we thought: there has to be a better way to do this!

What we care about

Reducing workloads

There are always 10.000 things to do at any single point in time. By automatising parts of the onboarding we want to help free time from teams so they can focus on their key tasks without new joiners feeling neglected.

Satisfying employees

The process of finding a new job is stressful enough. Once the deal is closed we want new employees to feel save and welcome. This is the baseline for them delivering at their best and contribute to your business fast.

Constantly improving

We believe feedback is one of the most powerful tools out there. That’s why we value your feedback good or bad and that is why feedback collection is one of the main features of Onstep.
